Rental Rates

  • Saturday $4000
  • Friday/Sunday $3000
  • Monday – Thursday $2000
  • Holiday dates are subject to higher rates.
  • Sundays of holiday weekends are subject to the premium Saturday rate.
  • An off season discount of $1000 is offered during the months of December-March on Friday, Saturday and Sunday rates. Discount does not apply to Monday-Thursday rates and excludes holidays.

Timing

Rental includes up to 5 hours of event time and 1 hour immediately following the event for clean up. It is up to you where you put the 5-hour window of event time. Friday and Saturday events must conclude no later than midnight. 
Sunday-Thursday events must conclude by 10:00 pm (exceptions may be made on these conclusion times for holiday dates). 

Additional event time may be purchased at an hourly rate of $300/hour. 

Access to the space for set up begins at 12:00 pm the day of the event.

Couples with credit issues can easily apply for wedding loans with bad credit. Here are the basic requirements you need to meet to qualify: 

  • Be of legal age 
  • Have a valid ID and Social Security Number 
  • Confirm a monthly income of at least $1,000 
  • Have an active bank account

You’re welcome to apply online by filling out a simple loan request form. The whole loan process is completely remote. Don’t let your money difficulties get between your bold wedding plans. Just focus on what’s really important. 

Ceremony 

Onsite ceremonies are available for clients that are hosting their reception at Foundation for an additional fee of $750. With the ceremony fee you get one additional hour of event time, a floor plan for both ceremony and reception, venue staff to perform room flip,  extended time for bar service to begin immediately following the ceremony and use of the bridal rooms to get ready.
